Best Oily Skin Care Products

Natural home remedies are good in the sense that they are natural and safe to use. But not everyone has the luxury of time. Some of the treatments require the treatment to be left on for half an hour, two hours or even overnight and we haven’t taken into account the time taken to prepare the mixture yet. What is worse is that they almost never work the same for different people. That’s why people opt for over-the-counter products.

There are so many over the counter products to choose from and you are almost guaranteed to be lost if it’s your first time shopping for skin care products. If you are looking for some recommendations, below are my picks for oily skin care products. Note that you’ll have to try and see which ones work best for you.

Cleansers – Do not use cleanser more than twice a day.

Purpose Gentle Cleansing Wash - It is a great cleanser at a very affordable price. It leaves the skin clean and soft and doesn’t over dry the skin. On top of that, it smells like baby shampoo.

Shiseido Pureness Cleansing Gel – It’s a bit pricey but works quite well. It makes the skin less oily without completely drying it out. The gel is concentrated so you don’t have to use much. It’s worth the extra money.

Moisturizers – Even though you have oily skin, you should still use moisturizers to moisture your skin. But you don’t want to add more oil to your already oily skin. So always choose oil-free moisturizers.

Clinique Acne Solutions Clearing Moisturizer – contains an oil free hydrating formula along with benzoyl peroxide and algae extract to treat acne. What’s better than being able to moisture your skin and fight the acne at the same time. But be warned that this product is not as heavy as some people want it to be.

ZenMed Oil Free Moisturizer – Another good product for oily skin. A non-comedogenic formula designed to moisture the skin while not causing greasiness. It’s a good product to have in your oily skin care arsenal.
